An extensive review of you, your diet, your work performance, your strengths and weaknesses, and any personal requirements you may need addressed.

Following our initial meet and greet interview I will then provide:

-A detailed training plan with short and long term goals for your nutritional, emotional, and physical needs.

-A crafted benchmark schedule of what changes YOU will make to become the best version of yourself.

-A curated schedule of meetings based on your specific needs that will be added to your personal calendar.

Live Session Rates: 

 Base Rate: $350/Hour

Fly Me to You: $2000/minimum plus travel accomodations.

Deposit:

$100/minimum

72 hours and longer cancellation deposit will be useable for rebooking within 2 weeks of original session date.

Less than 72 Hours notice will result in loss of deposit but priority in rebooking a session within 30 days of original session date.

No Call and No show will result in full session cost being required to reschedule appointment .
